Add the dark gray top bar (matching the book detail page) to both the books index and add book pages. Replace the hardcoded "How it works" workflow with the actual pipeline stages (Extract, Storyboard, Quizzes, Captions, Glossary, Text & Speech) using the STEPS configuration from StepSidebar.

Summary
Add the dark gray top bar (matching the book detail page) to both the books index and add book pages for visual consistency. Replace the hardcoded "How it works" workflow guide with the actual pipeline stages, using the STEPS configuration from StepSidebar.
