Move the spread mode UI control from basic PDF options into the advanced layout section. Also update presets to use their default_render_strategy setting and add two_column_story strategy to storybook preset.

Move the spread mode UI control from basic PDF options into the advanced layout section, where it logically belongs alongside other layout configuration. Also update presets to use their configured default render strategy and add the two_column_story render strategy to the storybook preset for template-driven rendering.
This reorganizes the UI layout while maintaining all existing functionality and preserving the ability to use preset-defined default render strategies.
