This PR adds section-level editing workflows across API and Studio, including targeted re-render and section cloning support. It updates preview and web packaging to emit per-section pages with stable section-index ordering and consistent quiz interleaving. It tightens HTML validation for image/data-id correctness and refreshes activity prompts to enforce section IDs plus exact text/ID usage. Tests were expanded across routes, services, and pipeline packaging/validation to cover the new behavior and regressions.
