This PR finishes the CI work that I've been doing, in that it drops disk images from the build process and replaces them with tar files. While the builds for the previous version succeeded, a few jobs still failed to create disk images, which wasted quite a bit of time since we effectively lost all the work that had occurred during the failing job. An additional 10 minutes have been allocated for the upload of the tar file since we've been getting occasional timeouts during the upload phase as well. A test run with the new build setup can be seen here. (Where the unrelated failure was caused by the permissions in my repo not allowing the creation of releases.)
I won't be maintaining this repository past
115.0.5790.170, since I am no longer using anything Chromium-based on macOS. I wish everyone the best of luck with this project.
