This PR updates the "next" icon so that it aligns with the new design and is no longer marked as legacy.
- Updated the inline SVG in the TypeScript file (icon-next.ts) to use the skip-forward icon.
- Modified the icon-dictionary.json to update the file name reference and remove the legacy marker.
