Bug summary

Trying to extend the menu items for tables so I can add additional styling elements these are currently hardcoded JSON in the components.

• highlight column/row/cell is what I am trying to achieve currently.

super awesome if Table properties was also extendable but that might need more thinking about/ a different issue

The good news is that I have a PR in place for this, #19789.

Initially, with the Tiptap Table menus, they'll make use of the general menu extension-type (which is used elsewhere in the backoffice), so an example of adding an option to the Tiptap Table Row menu...
