The uploaded image is not saved when creating a content using document blueprint

Bug summary

I have a document blueprint that includes an uploaded image. When I create content using this blueprint and click the 'Save' button, the uploaded image disappears.
This issue happens in v13 also.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a document blueprint with an uploaded image
2. Create a new content with the document blueprint
3. Enter the content name and click the "Save" or "Save and Publish" button

Expected result / actual result

The new content should be created with an uploaded image. Currently there is no image after clicking "Save" or "Save and Publish" button

Hi, I just tried to replicate this in v15.3.0 but wasn't able to.

I tried with these:
Image Media Picker
Media Picker
Multiple Image Media Picker
Multiple Media Picker
Image Cropper

I was able to save the blueprint successfully and the content node successfully with the media still being there.

So it would seem that the issue has been resolved in v15.3.0😊

Reopening this issue as it still occurs in v16.1.0-rc.
When creating content using a document blueprint, any uploaded file (image, video, audio, or other file) will disappear.
