RFC 3550: RTP timestamp is increased incorrectly by default

The RTP timestamp should use media clock or a clock that increases monotonically. In other words it should increase in fixed intervals.

Currently, the RTP timestamp uses wall clock for its calculation, which may result in undesirable issues such as clock drift and make synchronization more difficult.

Hello, currently no. It's implemented incorrectly inside https://github.com/ultravideo/uvgRTP/blob/master/src/rtp.cc

If you want, you can make a PR. If not, we will fix it at some point, but unfortunately at the moment all of us are busy.
