Toolbar icon steal focus from markdown #240

Hello, is there a way to prevent action in toolbar items to steal focus form the mark down?
Or any workaround for that ??
When i click the toolbar items such as list item the focus is lost from the markdown but i want the focus to be on the same line the list item is inserted in the markdown.
