Is this project alive?

I am evaluating TipTap for migrating an old project to React, and I have started a trial of the Start tier. I had some questions about how the cloud works, and I tried to contact the team multiple times: I answered the welcome email when I registered, I wrote an email to the email address that is listed on the cloud web app for help, and I also sent a message through the contact sales form. Nothing, no response.

It's been weeks, my trial is about to expire, and even though TipTap and their cloud services fit my needs perfectly, I'm hesitant to go with it if is impossible to contact the team or have support. Any similar experiences? Is this project being maintained?
