rpm-ostree can be removed. It’s artifact from back when we were doing testing. Once the tests pass, I’ll approve. Thanks for catching this! |

It appears this dependency is unused, and the ISOs build perfectly fine without it.
Happy to close this PR if there's some reason it's included that I'm unaware of.
