Update dependencies

I didn't have time to look in detail but it looks very promising!
Would it be possible to update your code to support python 3.12 and JAX 0.7.0 ?
It would help me to try your code.

Hi, thank you for your interest in chemtrain.

In PR #10, we refactored the code and updated the dependencies to support Python 3.12 and JAX 0.7.0.
The unit tests are passing, but we haven’t yet had the chance to thoroughly test the changes on more complex examples.

When compiling chemtrain-deploy, you might need to bump the XLA version to one that fulfills the JAX compatibility guarantees.
