hmm, let me check this one, @charavelg have you checked the compatibiltiy mapping with sklearn and tslearn, any pipdeptree logs for dependancy issues here ?

I have not checked dependencies, it probably won't be a problem (maybe I'm being too optimistic). At first glance, the main issue is the removal of old fashioned tag management (scikit-learn/scikit-learn#31134) that we extensively use in tests (https://github.com/tslearn-team/tslearn/blob/main/tslearn/tests/test_estimators.py).
