This PR extends and clarifies the "Deploying to GitHub Pages with a custom domain" section in the readme. It explains an alternate way to get the CNAME file into your build folder by using your existing build pipeline. For example, in React you can just commit the CNAME file into your
publicfolder.h/t @vittorio #213 (comment)
