Motivation
This is to add support for tracking Commuter Rail Lines, especially with the release of the "heritage" trains. In the future we could also track the rollout of BEMUs. But for now it is just meant to support local train spotters.

The UI needs some polishing, which is why this is a draft PR for now. It also may be worth aggregating lines where possible such as the "Old Colony" lines or similar.
