Improve CLI and make it more agent friendly

• Made --format json work with almost everything
• Added lab task gallery
• Allow download patterns for artifacts like lab job download <job_id> --file "*.json" instead of just downloading all artifacts
• lab job logs streams machine logs for a job and also allows you to follow them
• The job monitor TUI also shows job logs now
