Release all v0.1.x crates in November 2025

Previous (partial) release of these crates was coordinated in #3282. It only got up to tracing-attributes though due to a necessary fix and then a lack of maintainer availability. Prior to that, there was a full release coordinated in #3152.

There was also an extra security release of tracing-subscriber 0.3.20 performed from #3368.

Since we switched the default branch to main (which is where we now release the v0.1.x crates from), there is no backporting! Yay! <celebrate emoji>!

Re-release

There was a breaking change in tracing 0.1.42, see #3424 for details. So it had to be yanked, as did tracing-subscriber and tracing-mock as they had an explicit dependency on the new version of tracing.
