I would use different wording than "equivalent to" here. The UnixStream::connect method does not invoke tempfile.

Introduces a new type,
UnixSocket, that allows the users to configure it before converting it toUnixListener,UnixStream, orUnixDatagram. Currently it only exposesbindas a configuration option.Resolves #6288.
