My Windows username is "Stråwberry", and I managed to troubleshoot that AutoSubs does not open inside Davinci Resolve, because the .lua files can not read the path for the files ("C:\users\stråwberry...etc). I managed to bypass this issue, by typing the path directly to the .lua file, (instead of the code searching for the correct path). Now I can connect AutoSubs to Resolve.
However, the Add to Timeline button does not work, because of the same issue. I assume this goes for all special characters.
According to my troubleshoot, the program can not locate the created .json file to bring it to timeline.
The devs could and should fix this by making it so, that the code can read special characters, such as "Ä\Ö\Å". Unfortunately, this is beyond my skills :(
