1. Revenue & Growth (ARR as Main KR)

• Trend spotting & progress to target:
  • Total USDFC transacted (unsettled vs. settled) over time (line chart, with separation by status)
• Growth:
  • Total profit Filecoin made (burn) over time (cumulative line/area chart)
• New customer/revenue momentum:
  • New customers and/or new payments added per period (bar/column chart)
• Revenue by market/segment:
  • Revenue trends from each customer type/vertical over time (stacked bar/line chart)

2. Breadth of Adoption (Active User Wallets)

• Total MAU:
  • Monthly active user wallets (line chart, absolute count)
• MoM Change:
  • MoM % growth or decline in MAU (bar/line with percentages for each month)

3. Depth of Adoption (Revenue per Retained User/Wallet)

• Avg. & Median Revenue per Wallet/dApp:
  • Average and median dollar value generated per active customer (line or bar chart)
• Gross Revenue Retention (%GRR):
  • % of recurring revenue retained from existing users/wallets (line/KPI box)
• Month-by-month heatmap for revenue retention:
  • Cohort heatmap table visualizing what % of original cohort’s revenue is retained in each subsequent month (colors highlight expansion or churn)

Do we need it to be Monthly versus using a point in time of Active User Wallets and trend daily? I think it is currently trailing 60D. Do we want to expand the time line beyond that?

I'll peel out burn and my understanding is you would enable this on pay, versus on the prototype I am using here? @jennijuju -- I'll probably then take that code and add it back into mine so my prototype works with the code. The prottoyping will be a branch on whatever engineering selects as main and rebase from their code.
