tbl_subset_col() and the RSDA package

The RSDA package uses a private function from tibble, tbl_subset_col(), which I was reluctant to remove because this functionality is difficult to achieve. Should we release standardize or integrate that functionality in tibble or in another package (DavisVaughan/standardize#6)?
