Upgrade Hbase version #1305
Description
It's similar with ISSUE#1204.
We have a request to support HBase version 1.2.0.
My fix is based on https://github.com/graben1437/titan1withtp3.1
Will update later once the code from pull request #1218 merged into titan11.
