This is a basic security policy, mostly to provide an email address. I took inspiration from the example provided by GitHub and the policy from the Pallets project.

@theskumar Does that seem reasonable to you? If yes, what email address could we use (I left it as "TBD" in the text)?

@bbc2 The policy looks good, let's go with [email protected] it's non personal and I can manage it better internally.
