Fix Sonarcube failures

Currently the sonar cube execution is failing with the below error

[INFO] ------------------------------------------------------------------------
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.sonarsource.scanner.maven:sonar-maven-plugin:3.4.1.1168:sonar
 (default-cli) on project reportng: You're only authorized to execute a local (preview) SonarQube 
analysis without pushing the results to the SonarQube server. Please contact your SonarQube 
administrator. -> [Help 1]

@juherr - Looks like you got this sorted out. Can we close this ?

I don't know. It worked with my PR because it was an internal branch. I'm not sure it will work with PR from forks.
