Update project to 2024 beta

This ticket is for completing the transition of the code from 2023 to the 2024 beta 3 version.

I did try looking for a 2024 version of Rev Robotics but unfortunately the latest version that I could find is 2023- does REV keep a GitHub somewhere with their 2024 beta version?
