Team and player payroll exports

For players,

1. This should export their in-game player stats (like power, contact)
2. and their salary information (probably for their most recent team, although from all teams would be great)
   For teams,
3. This should export the sum of their player stats
4. and the team payroll

Unfortunately, it looks like there is a single table that tracks salaries for each player in each franchise, but it updates the exist player's salary record rather than keeping a history of its changes. Therefore, it looks like for right now, this will have to only be exporting salary information for the most recent season (as it is tracking the salary for the current team signing). This of course will not take into account previous salaries during the same season (where a player was released and re-signed with a second team)

One important thing to take into account for these exports is that the individual salaries that are displayed in the game are not the same as those saved to the database. There is a scaling factor involved
