Upgrade for Zig 0.15.1 ?

std.Build.addStaticLibrabry has been deprecated in 0.15.1, you might want to re-write whole bearSSL import.

std.Build.addLibrary can be an used i gues, tried it on my local and was able to make below one work without too much effort.
or may be try this approach https://github.com/ikskuh/zig-bearssl
