variable ''get_error'' is not declared'

Seems like `get_error` function is missing:

tarantool/pg/init.lua:61: variable ''get_error'' is not declared'
```

I couldn't find neither `get_error` declarations nor `self.raise.pool` which is used in a lot of place along with missing get_error function
