Light Mode Does Not Work

Light mode button does not work

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Click the circle side bar
Click the dashed rounded rectangle to change from dark to light mode
Screen goes completely white for 3 seconds
Screen goes backj to dark mode

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior

Screen switches from dark mode to light mode
