Publish 2.0.23, 2.0.24, 2.0.25 to npm

npm view swagger-ui gives the following output:

    ...
     '2.0.22': '2014-08-12T14:11:50.868Z',
     '2.1.0-alpha.1': '2014-10-06T20:04:09.242Z' },

But the README has:

It is confusing that nothing above 2.0.22 is available, except the 2.1 alpha which has breaking changes.

swagger-ui is a dependency in loopback-explorer so we are often seeking to have the latest version. Thanks!
