@ApiModelProperty needs format attribute

To use the format attribute introduced in #2034 we need a corresponding attribute in the @ApiModelProperty annotation: https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-core/wiki/Annotations-1.5.X#apimodelproperty

I see that it has been a year. I am currently struggling with a LocalDateTime @ApiModelProperty and would like to add a format manually. Is this possible already?
