Make CLI more useful in the face of some failure in stratisd #52
Description
The approach we are taking is to slim down the stratisd D-Bus API by removing properties that could cause a GetManageObjects call to fail. We intend to supply most of the values that are supplied for the various stratis "list" commands by means of method calls.
