[Bug] Addon not added to the Storybook Catalogue

Describe the bug

I have published a new addon (https://www.npmjs.com/package/@zeroheight/storybook-addon) and it is not displaying in the catalogue

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Search the catalogue for "zeroheight"

Expected behavior

It should show the addon

Additional context

I am aware there are some on going issues, but wanted to make sure it was easier to see how many people this is affecting and get updates on when it's resolved

My addon also is not showing up in the catalogue and was published last week.
