[6.x] Integer fieldtype: Extend placeholder as well #12338

Bug description
The text field type has been given a 'width: 100' for the placeholder so that prepend/append can be on the same line. It might be useful to change the integer field type accordingly.

- Add a text integer fieldtype in an blueprint
