Deleted namespace where stash operator is located. Now I keep getting the following error:

error: unable to retrieve the complete list of server APIs: admission.stash.appscode.com/v1alpha1: the server is currently unable to handle the request, repositories.stash.appscode.com/v1alpha1: the server is currently unable to handle the request

The namespace deletion is also stuck and removing the finalizers isn't working either. So this sets the kubernetes api in a state in which it cannot be managed.

Fixed it by executing:
kubectl delete apiservice <stash_services>
