Version 1.2 release has two major changes:

• It updates the default settings, so the flag -mlno 1,2 is included by default. This means that MLNO search will be conducted after each of the first two edge additions. Previously, MLNO search was not performed unless the -mlno flag was used.
• This version includes a checkpointing so users can start and stop time consuming analyses
