Figure out why hello-compose-rendering sample crashes compiler

This Compose bug looks exactly like the setup we have here (abstract class with @Composable abstract method, concrete implementation in separate module): https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/157783608

Ok, this was definitely fixed (Leland just messaged me directly about it), so this should be out in the next compose release (going to be dev14, not dev13, for reasons).
