using Contoso without SQL Server

Hi,

Great initiative!

Due to some (many) reasons, I cannot meet the SQL Server pre-requisite.
Is there any quick out-of-the-box way to get a generated Contoso as something else (ex. parquet/csv/json files etc.)?

Sorry if I missed something obvious.

If you want to generate a new database, you should modify the code to store the result somewhere else - but consider we already generate CSV files at a certain point.
If you want to just download ready-to-use files instead of a SQL Server backup, we don't have that - I hope someone in the community can work on it!
