This is a small change to move code back to a single file, under
__init__.pyfor the Qt/Wx/Web package variants. This is done in the same vein as it was done for the mainFreeSimpleGUIpackage in #9 -- in order to ensure functionality that is supported by mutating module global state continues to work as expected (despite this being a poor practice).
