DefaultOAuth2AuthorizationRequestResolver should not depend on OAuth2AuthorizationRequestRedirectFilter because OAuth2AuthorizationRequestRedirectFilter already depends on DefaultOAuth2AuthorizationRequestResolver. OAuth2AuthorizationRequestRedirectFilter also takes advantage of the new constructor that defaults the base uri. Polishes spring-projectsgh-16384
