Newer Docker versions require a newer Docker API version for successful Testcontainers usage. We've upgraded to Testcontainers 2.0.2 via #2724 for 4.0.x versions but remain on Testcontainers 1.x for 3.x and older, so we should add a docker-java.properties file to affected projects.
