Incorrect Javadoc in DefaultFieldSet and DefaultFieldSetFactory

The default date format in the Javadoc of DefaultFieldSet (yyyy/MM/dd) is not the same as the default format used in the code (yyyy-MM-dd).

Same thing for the Locale of the number format: the Javadoc states using the default Locale, while the code is using the US Locale.
