Clarify docs on extending classpath

Recently there was some confusion around the instructions in the ref guide on extending the classpath (see https://github.com/spring-cloud/spring-cloud-dataflow/issues/5188#issuecomment-1398831924) .

Let's update the docs accordingly.
