Which issue does this PR close?

Basic support for correlated subqueries in join filters. If a correlated subquery references both the left and right parts of the join, it will fail with the error 'Unsupported subquery expressions as part of join filter expressions.'

PR uses the existing logic that is used for LogicalPlan::Filter and applies it to LogicalPlan::Join:Filter as well. Since the existing approach is based on wrapping input in a join and supports a single input only, the PR includes logic to detect if the correlated subquery is based on the left or right part of the join. It will fail if both parts are referenced.

Closes #.
