What I did
Adding more commands for FRR, BGP and EVPN vtysh commands for more debuggability
How I did it
Updating generate_dump to include more debug commands
How to verify it
Running techsupport and verifying output. Added sonic-mgmt sonic-net/sonic-mgmt#11259 test as well.
