What I did
Changes to fix unit test errors while integrating #2971
How I did it
Moved test data from asic0, asic1 to asic3, asic4 that are not used by other tests
How to verify it
Build sonic-utilities debian along with UT with these changes

New command output (if the output of a command-line utility has changed)
