Description
Support decoding power class 5~7 for sff8436. The issue does not exist on master.
Motivation and Context
show interfaces transceiver eeprom -ddisplays Unknown power class for cables who support power class 5~7. The PR is aimed to fix it.How Has This Been Tested?
Manual test.
