Summary:
Enhance vnet_vxlan test case to test datapath for vnets binded to IPv6 Vxlan Tunnels.

How did you do it?
Enhanced vnet_vxlan test, which sends packets from VM, from server and server to server to test vxlan encap/decap. These scenario tests were modified to do datapath tests with IPv6 vxlan tunnel endpoints, that is in addition to the existing IPv4 vxlan tunnel endpoint tests.
How did you verify/test it?
ansible-playbook and PTF tests
