What is the motivation for this PR? Set skip by bug, as the test constantly fails due to improper route configuration How did you do it? added a skip to test_mark_conditions.py How did you verify/test it? Ran the test with the skip and checked it's actually skipped. Any platform specific information? only on Mellanox platform.
