What I did:-
Enhance Lag Facts to support multi-asic platforms.
How I did:
Lag Fact read teamd information for all newtork namespaces (if multi-asic platform) else read from host namespace.
For Multi-asic platforms return only front-end port-channel
Also enhanced lag fact to return namespace id (default being '')
The library is not enhanced to take asic-index (not needed as of now ) but to provide to global front end lag view to user/application.
How I verify:-
Verified for both Single Asic and Multi Asic platforms.
Lag Fact Output remain same as before this change.
